Notice is hereby given that the Village of Hamilton Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on May 27, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Courthouse, 60 Montgomery Street, Hamilton, New York, to conduct regular business and to hear all interested persons with respect to the application to be considered at the following scheduled public hearing:
At 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, to consider the application of 21 Pine Street LLC with respect to the premises located at 21 Pine Street, tax map parcel 168.35-1-75, for an area variance for to permit the construction of a two-family dwelling on a lot size of 14,941 square feet versus the Zoning Code Requirement of 15,000 square feet.
Copies of the subject application may be obtained by telephoning the Hamilton Village Clerk at 315-824-1111 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Written comments are invited and will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on the date of the public hearing upon delivery to the Village Clerk’s Office at 3 Broad Street, P.O. Box 119, Hamilton, NY 13346.
