NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF HAMILTON PLANNING BOARD
Notice is hereby given that the Village of Hamilton Planning Board will meet on July 30, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the Village Courthouse, 60 Montgomery Street, Hamilton, New York, to conduct regular business and to hear all interested persons with respect to the applications to be considered at the following scheduled public hearings:
At 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, to consider the application of Amy Nicoletto, Lessee of 11 Maple Ave, tax map parcel 168.28-1-20 for site plan approval for the development of a tattoo/piercing parlor and art studio in the front first floor portion of said building.
At 6:35 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, to consider the application of Wendy Marland, 31 Lebanon Street, Tax Map parcel 168.28-1-16, for special permit approval for a boarding house.
At 6:40 p.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard, to consider the application of Richard and Karen Holcomb, 5 Mill Street, to split 0.173 acres from a lot identified as tax map 168.7-1-29.1 to add to their 5 Mill Street Property.
Copies of the subject applications may be obtained by telephoning the Hamilton Village Clerk at 315-824-1111 between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Written comments are invited and will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on the date of the public hearing upon delivery to the Village Clerk’s Office at 3 Broad Street, P.O. Box 119, Hamilton, NY 13346.
